1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
You will retain access to all paid features until the cycle ends.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
You may cancel anytime; however, payments made for annual plans are non-refundable once the subscription begins.
Refunds for annual plans are only considered under exceptional circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy (Section 2).

To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Raashi Sutra dashboard and navigate to the Billing section, or

2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Refund Terms
Refunds are not issued for:
- Partial subscription months
- Unused subscription features
- Early cancellation during an active billing period
2.2 Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
- A purchased astrology report or service was not delivered.
- Persistent technical issues on our side prevented access to the service.
- Subscription terms were misrepresented (e.g., unclear auto-renewal terms).
