Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the ongoing billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the cycle ends.
• Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. However, payments made for annual plans are non-refundable once the subscription starts, except in rare cases mentioned in the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for partial subscription months or unused features.
• Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
  • If a purchased service or astrology report was not delivered.
  • If persistent technical issues on our side prevented access to the service.
  • If subscription terms were misrepresented (e.g., unclear auto-renewal terms).
